This photo set came to be completely by chance, a lazy summer night spent down by the ocean. At first, I had wanted to attempt to capture the natural lighting reflected off the opaque water, but as the sun went down I was forced to use my flash. This introduced a very nice reflection leaving my subject feeling suspended in a vat of nothingness, a feeling I additionally emphasized in my editing with added blacks and touches of lightening.
