Society has ‘evolved’ to a point where visual identity is held in higher regard than one’s individuality, so without this seen identity to read into, the mystery of a person becomes that much more apparent. They can no longer be judged based solely on appearance, they can’t be stuck into a singular cohort or determine their identity, the colors they paint with their actions are the only things that can truly speak. This is why I decided to remove the facial characteristics from my subject(s)within this collection so that they just become esque.
